Voting Early by Mail

  • To request an absentee ballot, you need to fill out and print an official absentee ballot application and mail it to your county's Board of Elections (find the address for your county here).  The application needs to be received by the Board of Elections at a minimum of 3 days before the date of the election.
  • You will receive your absentee ballot in the mail.  If you have not received it and are concerned, you can call your local county board of elections.
  • You can return your ballot by mail to your board of elections, or you can drop it off in-person at your Board of Elections up until the day before Election Day.
